Our love for smoothies, smoothie bowls, smoothie muffins (yes! they do exist), doesn’t end with summer, but continues throughout the year. Sambazon has used the tastes of fall and in-season ingredients, like apples and pumpkins, to create an autumn-like smoothie that you’ll be craving in spring too. Recipe below…
SEEDS OF FALL + APPLE AÇAI BOWL
- 2 Sambazon Performance Protein Superfruit Packs (or original, pure, or any combo of all)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1⁄4 c Apple Sauce or Hemp Milk
- 1 scoop Sunflower Seed Butter
- Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Honey to Taste
Blend and top with gluten free granola, slices of apple, sliced banana, raw sunflower seeds and coconut shavings.
