Smoothies, smoothie bowls, smoothie muffins… there isn’t a smoothie-ish recipe we don’t love. Smoothies are great for on-the-go, but if you want a slower moment during the morning to catch up on the news, write in your journal, or enjoy the silence of a sunrise, the smoothie bowl is where it’s at. Raspberry Pecan Collagen Smoothie Bowl

*Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup organic raspberries, frozen
2 tbsp. organic, raw pecans
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 scoops Vital Proteins Grass Fed Collagen Peptides
1/2 cup organic frozen spinach
Stevia to taste
Raspberries and pecans for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients other than garnish to Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend until well combined. Pour into a bowl and garnish with raspberries and pecans, if desired.

Serve and enjoy!
