No-Bake Chocolate Love Truffles

Whether these truffles are made with love to share with someone special or enjoyed by your sweet self, they’re perfectly decadent and will win the heart of any chocolate lover. Perfect for even the busiest person on the go, they can be whipped up in less than ten minutes, and believe it or not, they’re healthy. Naturally sweetened by the dates and pure maple syrup, and rich with nutty, chocolate love from the cashew butter and cocoa, these truffles are to die for.

No-Bake Chocolate Love Truffles

*Yield: 16 small truffles

INGREDIENTS

16 Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp pink salt
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
4 Tbsp cashew butter

Toppings //
pink sea salt
crushed nuts (I used hazelnut)
cocoa powder
hemp hearts

DIRECTIONS

Begin by combining all of the ingredients, except the toppings, in a food processor and pulsing until everything has blended smoothly and the dough has formed a sticky, ball-like shape. With your hands, roll out small balls (approximately 1Tbsp worth of dough) and set aside on either a plate or a piece of parchment paper. Roll the truffles in your choice of toppings. I used crushed hazelnuts, cocoa powder, hemp hearts and pink sea salt. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
