CHOCOLATE MINT SHAKE
1 banana, peeled
1⁄4 cup dairy-free cocoa powder
1 cup pre-brewed peppermint tea (cooled)
1 tsp grade A maple syrup
1⁄2 cup cashew milk (or your favourite dairy-free milk)
pinch of sea salt
4-5 ice cubes
1. Brew the peppermint tea and steep for one hour. Remove the teabag or tea leaves and set aside.
2. In a high-speed blender combine all ingredients.
3. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
