And no youth-preserving tonic is complete without antioxidants, which the goji berries, pomegranate, and Philosophie Berry Bee Honey all provide in large doses. 2 cinnamon sticks
3-4 cardamom pods
1 tablespoon Philosophie Berry Bee Honey
1 tablespoon dried goji berries
1 serving ashwagandha powder
1 serving He Shou Wu powder
1 serving pomegranate powder (or 2 tablespoons of fresh pomegranate juice)
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a small pot. Remove from heat. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, and goji berries, and steep for 10-15 minutes with the lid on.
Pour into a blender. Add remaining ingredients, along with the goji berries from the steeping liquid. Blend until combined. If you prefer a smoother consistency, strain your tonic.
Enjoy at room temp or chilled!
